Thanks for your interest in our table. The Ocean Beach table weighs approx. 88 lbs.
When the furniture is used indoors or under cover outdoors, just clean it and apply some furniture wax every couple of months and your furniture will look brand new again.
When used outdoors in the elements, the teak will begin to lighten in a couple of weeks depending on the environment. After a couple of months, the teak will start turning a silvery grey. Just clean it with soapy water at least twice a year, or as needed, to keep your furniture looking good. Many people like the grey look.
If you’d rather preserve its natural teak color, we recommend using Semco teak sealer products. We sell the Honeytone sealer as that’s the one made to match teak. It does go on like a stain.
We do not recommend oiling your furniture with teak oil. This oil will attract dirt and promote mildew growth.
